Cuyahoga Physician Network (CPN) is a group of community physician practices delivering medical care in neighborhoods throughout Northeast Ohio, with more than 30 primary care physicians with specialties in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics.
Cuyahoga Physician Network (CPN) is an integral part of the Partnership between The Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine Health System (www.csahealthsystem.org) and University Hospitals Health System (www.uhhs.com) (UHHS/CSAHS-Cuyahoga, Inc.). CPN Physicians are members of the medical staffs of St. John West Shore Hospital (www.sjws.net) and St. Vincent Charity Hospital (www.svch.net).
